I am mostly found in TV screens, color TVs, laser tools, and radars. I form positive ions. Neon Hi, my name is Neon. In my family, there is Argon, Helium, Krypton, Xenon, and Radan. Our family is called the Noble gasses. I am most famous for Neon signs. You can normally find me when you see a big WELCOME sign in a store's window. My normal color is orangey-red because I love to stand out! I also can be found in air but I make up only .034% of it, and that's shared with 5 other gasses!
Tungsten
Hello, my name is Tungsten. I am also a silverish color but can be black. Like Yttrium, I also conduct heat very well. We both are in the same family, the Transition metals. Other than TV, I am used in light bulbs, rings, and computer monitors. I am also the toughest of all the Transition metals!

Notes on Scientists of the Atomic Theory
Notes on Thomson:
-He found that there are small particles inside atoms, which means that they can be divided.
-He used a cathode-ray tube that showed that the beam was made of particles with negative electric charge.
-He called particles corpuscles.
-He thought that all corpuscles are in atoms and are identical.
-He found that negatively charged particles are called electrons.
-He created a model to represent the structure of an atom. It was called the plum-pudding model.
Notes on Dalton: -He concluded that when elements combine in specific proportions, it means that they are made of individual atoms.
-Dalton's theory
1. All substances have atoms which cannot be destroyed, created, or divided.
2. Atoms of the same element are exactly alike and atoms of different elements are different.
3. Atoms join to make a new substance.
Notes on Democritus:
-He discovered the atom
-He named it atomos meaning indivisible because he thought that it was a hard, solid particle
-Aristotle disagreed with him, making his ideas not matter
